Virtual childbirth education course to prepare parents for the birth of their baby. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

This is a virtual childbirth course that is an interactive approach as you prepare for the birth of your baby. This course covers information on the stages of labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing techniques and how they can ease the pain of labor, and the coach’s role.

Other topics include medication, epidurals, medical procedures, and your care following birth. Our classes are taught by certified childbirth educators. We ask that you dress comfortable for this class.

Suggested donation: $30. Cash or check. Class sizes are limited. Registrants must be delivering at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Check out our virtual hospital tour.
