The Annual Action Plan is a portion of the City of Ames’ five-year (2019-2023) Consolidated Plan. The 2022-23 Substantial Amendment Annual Action Plan would include an additional project.

The proposed amendment would fund the installation of new water main improvements in Low- and Moderate-Income Census Tract 10. The improvement area is approximately 1,245 linear square feet and borders Lincoln Way to North Fourth Street. The proposed water mains would be installed along North Russell Avenue. The anticipated project budget is approximately $535,000.
