She has worked with companies throughout the United States and Canada, helping thousands with the ever-changing rules of today’s business world. Jodie is an Iowa native and graduated from Drake University. A certified etiquette expert since 1992, Jodie stays on top of the changing trends of both social and business interactions. Jodie is a frequent guest on both television and radio programs and has written articles for newspapers, magazines and books. She is also the author of the book “Power, Presence & Style, The Top 50 Tips For the Business Professional”.
