Ames High School standout Ireland Buss’ college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 21

On Friday, Feb. 21, former Ames High School standout Ireland Buss’ current college team, the Iowa State Cyclones, won 11-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the New Mexico State Aggies.

The game took place at Alberta B. Farrington Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Cyclones’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6:30 p.m. at GCU Softball Stadium against Grand Canyon Antelopes.
