Emily Ades, former Boone High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 7 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Boone High School standout Emily Ades’ current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 10-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri S&T Miners.

The game took place at Tom Heath Field at Lawson Plaza. This was their first matchup against the Miners this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 1:30 p.m. at Tom Heath Field at Lawson Plaza against Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm.
