Team Challenge: Move the Mountain
Run, stack, and perform different exercises with various sized weights as a team. Final time = TEAM average time. Awards 1st and 2nd.
Individual Challengers: Individuals must complete the following: standing power throw-overhead, push-ups, triple broad jump, 100 meter tank push, 20 box jump. Individuals scored on distance, reps and pace. Awards: 1st place male and female each challenge.
Cost: $30 per participant by August 17th
