Four arsons reported on Iowa State University campus in 2017

There were 4 on-campus arsons in 2017 on the campus of Iowa State University, located in Ames, according to the most recent crime statistics available on the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) website.

In 2016, there were 2 arsons on the campus; and in 2015, there were 0 arsons. Overall, in the three year period from 2015 through 2017, 33 percent of on-campus arsons happened in residence halls.
